Cyber Defense Agency is actively seeking Security Systems Architects and Systems Administrators for Defense Department and Intelligence Community projects in Maryland and Northern Virginia. All positions require a TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph. The work is challenging and interesting and works toward next-generation capabilities.
This position is for a System Administrator to provide mission applications focused expertise for the IT user. The candidate will interact effectively, courteously, and directly with the user to resolve technical issues and respond to queries and requests for service that originate by telephone, web-based portals, email, or other methods. Read, write and implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation and assist with installation and configuration of new software applications. Candidate must possess a working knowledge of computer operations, platforms, systems, architectures, functions, and terminology and assist with transition of new technologies into the Enterprise service environment.
IAA Security Architect
The candidate will be responsible for security architecture and systems engineering for the Identification, Authentication, and Authorization Service Provider Office which provides enterprise security services for the Intelligence Community Information Technology Enterprise – a shared IC environment for integrated intelligence operations. The candidate will be responsible for requirements development, high-level system design, technical risk identification, issue identification and resolution, and for technical planning for new security capabilities.
Member of a cross-functional team responsible for the development and maintenance of test cases, executing and documenting manual and automated testing, and working with software engineers, system engineers, platform engineers, system administrators, and other test engineers to validate development and maintenance activities.
