Sr. Cloud System Administrator 

This position is for a Sr. System Administrator to provide mission applications focused expertise for the IT user.  The successful candidate will:
Interact effectively, courteously, and directly with the user to resolve technical issues and respond to queries and requests for service that originate by telephone, web-based portals, email, or other methods.
Read, write and implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation and assist with installation and configuration of new software applications.
Support the implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems.
The candidate must possess a working knowledge of computer operations, platforms, systems, architectures, functions, and terminology and assist with transition of new technologies into the Enterprise service environment, and be able to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks.

Sr. System Administrator–Infrastructure/Dev Ops

This position is for System Administration support for development and production environments for a mission critical Identity and Access Management(IdAM) system. Responsibilities include working with a team obtaining and configuring Virtual Machines(VMs), loading Operating systems and software, performing security hardening, patching, and monitoring status. Position also will support ISSO and ISSEs in obtaining and maintaining security certification and accreditation. Position may require travel for onsite deployment and integration support. Apply knowledge of computer operations, platforms, systems, architectures, functions, and terminology.  Independently read, write and implement standard operating procedures and technical documentation.

Sr. System Engineer III-A    

This position is for a System Engineer to support mission critical application and web service development in support of an Identity and Access Management (IdAM)solution. Provide expertise in architecture, design, development, requirements analysis, data flow, process improvement, network design and implementation and testing for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and/or Security Token Services (STS) implementation. Provide system engineering and integration support for interfacing systems.  Analyze system requirements, concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirement specifications.  Develop detailed system architecture and system design documentation.  Develop system configuration documentation. Responsibilities may also include configuration and management of a Certification Authority and/or management of operational support staff.

System Administrator - MFA    

This position is for personnel to staff the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Help Desk team, which issues and maintains RSA tokens.  Specific tasking will include coverage in the following areas:
Perform basic troubleshooting for RSA Token requests or gather information in regards to RSA Token problems for escalation to the next level (e.g., Tier II...Tier III)
Maintain, hand out and take returns of RSA tokens for users from each kiosk at the customer site in support of DoD Scorecard and STE/STN (CSPid) mission requirements.
Issuance of DoD software
Update all customer systems related to tracking trouble requests.
Continue to provide communications to affected parties regarding the status of open tickets.
Work with common knowledge database to resolve systems issues promptly.

The Help Desk Engineer will be responsible for supporting customers who are integrating Identity and Access Management(IdAM) services. The candidate will provide integration support to customers for PKI, Multi-factor Authentication (RSA Tokens), Secure Token Services(STS), and/or RESTful Attribute services.  Support will be provided in a variety of methods not limited to e-mail, phone, and forward-deployed (i.e. desk side). The candidate may also provide systems engineering support to customers to assist with their security design to meet accreditation standards.

Responsible for establishing COTS LDAP directory services and development of Attribute Based Access Control(ABAC) Web Services.  Provide integration support to multiple sites.

Development includes acquisition of attributes from authoritative sources, integration with a COTS directory LDAP directory, and Attribute Based Access Control(ABAC) Web Services.

Cloud Developer/System Engineer    

This position is for a System Engineer to work with enterprise-level IaaS network and data storage environments to ensure compliance is achieved within the deliverable period of performance.
Apply systems engineering principles throughout the life cycle phases.
Interact with the customer regarding systems engineering technical considerations, and regarding associated problems, issues or conflicts and potential outages.
Communicate with other program personnel, customer personnel, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Prepare, review, revise and maintain technical documentation to include system configuration, architectural, software and systems engineering, system operations, testing and user documentation.
Provide strategic guidance and engineering to successfully manage and align multiple projects and capabilities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Liaise and collaborate with IC/DoD stakeholders and users to analyze systems and operations performance metrics, reporting requirements, and exchange knowledge regarding current and proposed systems.
Communicate status, issues and roadblocks to the PMO on a recurring basis.
Facilitate the integration of new capabilities into the system-of-systems design for the program.

Sr. Software Engineer    

This position is for an experienced Software Engineer to build performance monitoring solutions and metrics reporting for web applications. The candidate will design and build custom reports to reflect web application performance over time. The candidate will evaluate customer web applications to recommend appropriate solutions for monitoring and will utilize COTS products and custom monitoring solutions.  The candidate will configure and integrate COTS products, such as HP SiteScope, HP Diagnostics, and HP OMi, to support a large number of monitored services (hundreds to thousands). The candidate will ensure the COTS products function properly in a secure environment with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications.  The candidate will be responsible for testing and learning new releases of the HP tools and effective use of the tools. The candidate may leverage the COTS product Java APIs to extract service metrics. The ideal candidate must possess a good understanding of network, operating system, application and end-point performance, tuning and measurements. As the effort grows, the candidate will need to scale resources in the cloud including infrastructure automation, and pushing metrics into the cloud for manipulation and visualization.  The candidate must have strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills and be customer-focused and results oriented.

This position is for personnel to staff the Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) team, and will work on the back-end systems supporting the customer’s MFA solution.  The candidate will develop, integrate, deploy, test and maintain customer and commercial software solutions to improve the customer experience and automate various functions.  The candidate will also work with other customer organizations (e.g., networks, firewalls) to ensure the systems are working correctly
